A student-led peer-support movement helping young people be heard, supported, and safely connected to real help when it matters.
Anxiety, stress, loneliness and pressure follow students everywhere — and most never say it out loud. Schools rarely have enough hands to reach everyone in time.
A simple, supervised path — nobody is thrown in without support.
Fill in the short form below and tell us a bit about you.
A short, friendly conversation — no pressure, just getting to know you.
Join our Google Meet sessions to learn how to listen, support, and know when to escalate.
Start showing up for your peers, with the team behind you the whole way.
Whichever one fits you — we'd love to hear from you.
Be trained to listen, support your fellow students, and gently guide anyone who needs more than a friend to talk to toward real help.
Bring your experience — counseling, psychology, mentorship, communication — and help us build safe, sound training for our peer supporters.
No. We train every peer supporter from scratch — all we ask is that you're willing to listen and show up.
Training happens in short Google Meet sessions. After that, it's as much time as you can genuinely give — we'd rather have you for a little, consistently, than a lot, briefly.
Not right now — we're an early, student-led movement. What you get instead is real impact, a founding seat at the table, and a growing community.
Unity Within is founded and coordinated by a Millennium Fellow (Cohort 2026) and IT student at Kisii University, working with trained peers and guided by experienced partners.
